Santosh Chaurasia is a dynamic, customer-centric entrepreneur with over a decade of hands-on experience in the construction equipment industry.
Combining sharp business acumen with deep technical knowledge, he has built RSPian into Mumbai’s most trusted name in Rope Suspended Platforms (RSP), gondola systems, and construction machinery — serving contractors, developers, and façade specialists across India.

Foundation in sales
Began his career in hardcore field sales in Mumbai — meeting every prospect in his territory, understanding customer needs at the ground level, and building a reputation for integrity and reliability.
Construction equipment leadership
Progressed through multiple organisations, rising to top management roles in sales and marketing of construction equipment including Rope Suspended Platforms, aluminium scaffolding systems, and related machinery.
Pioneering customization in RSP
Identified a critical market gap and championed custom RSP solutions for non-standard and irregularly shaped buildings — a concept that had not existed in the industry before his intervention.
Creating a new market segment
Through design modifications, awareness programmes, and industry education over 6–8 years, he successfully transitioned external painting applicators from unsafe traditional methods to certified RSP systems — dramatically improving worksite safety standards.
